微管沿程水头损失计算方法试验研究

摘    要:对公称内径分别为1、2mm的塑料微管进行了水力性能测试和分析。结果表明:在测试条件下,管径对水力性能影响较大,1mm微管流态以层流为主,2mm微管存在层流和紊流;按照经典的水力学计算公式和经验公式对其沿程水头损失进行计算,结果与实际情况不符,并存在较大的偏差,因此现行的沿程水头损失公式不适宜于微小管道。

Abstract:According the principle of hydraulics, we study on hydraulic power characteristic of micro-tube of two kinds diameter, 1 mm and 2 mm.,integrating with the practice of dripping irrigation. Through the study result we find the diameter has more important influence on hydraulic power characteristic. Under the test condition the main flow state is laminar flow as diameter is 1 mm, another micro-tube has laminar and turbulence state. As we calculate the head loss by the empirical formula, we find the result has biggish error with the fact, so we think those formula don't adapt to the study and application of micro-tube hydraulic.
