摘    要:采用叶绿素荧光技术测定遮光处理的玉米品种香白糯、粤甜3号的叶绿素荧光参数,结果表明,遮光处理可使香白糯、粤甜3号Fo、Fm、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo和qN值升高,该两个品种qP和ETR值降低,最终表现为植株地上部分和地下部分的鲜质量、干质量均下降.因此,在生产实践中必须给予玉米充足的光照.

Abstract:Chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in leaves of waxy eom Xiangbainuo and sweet eom Yuetian No. 3 treated by shading were studied. The results showed that shading treatment increased Fo, Fro, Fv/Fm, Fv/ Fo and qN, but decreased qP and ETR, and it also decreased fresh mass and dry mass of plant shoots and roots. Thus it is necessary to give maize plenty of sun fight during its cultivation.
