板栗病原真菌的分离和感染力的研究

摘    要:本研究对霉变板栗进行了病原真菌的分离和感染力研究。从现有的样品中共分离出10种病原真菌,根据各自菌落特征及繁殖方式,进行了感染力试验。试验发现,青霉、曲霉、毛霉、炭疽菌和疫霉的感染力都在70%以上,混合菌感染为100%,为最终防治板栗变质提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The pathogenic eumycetes in rotted chestnuts were isolated, and their infectivity examined. Ten kinds of pathogenic eumycetes were isolated from samples; they were examined by their respective properties, reproductive modes and infectivity. Infectivity was above 70% for Penicillium Link, Aspergillus Micheli, Mucor Mucedo, Colletotrium SP or Phytophthora Parastica , and up to 100% for mixed pathogenic eumycetes. This study suggested a theoretical basis for preventing chestnuts from rotting.
