摘    要:本试验建立有效的小鹅瘟检测方法。通过利用鹅细小病毒免疫实验鹅,提取抗体(IgG),并利用异硫氰酸荧光素(FITC)染色。利用制备的荧光抗体来对小鹅瘟病例进行直接免疫荧光诊断。经实验,制备出的鹅IgG荧光抗体敏感性较高、特异性较强,并建立较为高效的小鹅瘟直接免疫荧光检测方法。

Abstract:To establish an effective method for diagnosis of Gosling plague. We immuned goose and picked up goose anti-GP IgG, marked with FITC and acquired immunofluorescence antibody which directly diagnosis Gosling plague. The immunofluorescence antibodywas examined by absorb experiment and specific inhibit experiment. The result showed that the method of immunofluorescence antibody diagnosis of Gosling plague was higher, specific and sensitive.
