硅藻土和滑石粉作为荧光假单胞菌P13菌剂的载体研究

摘    要:从菌体的吸附和释放两方面,研究了硅藻土和滑石粉在不同条件下作为生防菌荧光假单胞菌P13菌剂载体的可能性。结果表明,在温度为25℃,pH7时,两种材料对P13菌剂有良好的吸附效果,且吸附速率较快。扫描电镜分析表明,吸附过程可能与硅藻土表面和微孔结构,滑石粉片层结构以及菌体形态有关。在制备干粉状菌剂时,硅藻土和滑石粉与溶剂比例分别为100:50(m/v)和100:24(m/v)时,菌体释放率较高。表明硅藻土和滑石粉是良好的载体材料且具有应用前景。

Abstract:Use of diatomite and talc as possible carriers of Pseudomonas fluorescein P13 strain was studied under different conditions in respects of adsorption and release.Results showed that both materials were of favorable and faster adsorption rates at 25℃and pH7.Scanning electron microscopic observation revealed that the adsorbing processes may be associated with the surface and pore structure of diatomite, talc powder lamella structure and the morphology of P13 strain.The release rates of P13 strain in dried powder were rather high when the ratio of diatomite to water was 100:50(m/v) or the ratio of talc to water was 100:24(m/v).It was proved that diatomite and talc were good carrier materials for formulations.
