家兔香豆素、双香豆素试验性中毒的临床表现及病理变化

本文是为研究减除草木樨中香豆素和双香豆素对家畜的毒害而设计的动物式试验的一部分。检验用家兔24只,分为四组,每组6只。I组香豆素染毒剂量为25毫克/公斤体重,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组双香豆素柒毒剂量分别为1.385毫克/公斤体重、4.553毫克/公斤体重,Ⅳ组为对照组。Ⅰ组饲喂60天,全部存活。Ⅱ组于第8天——第13天间死亡2只,其余到27天均死亡。Ⅲ组表现急性出血危象,于第6天——第9天全部死亡。病理组织学检验证明,两种成分对家兔均可引起肝、肾、心等实质器官的功能细胞发生变性,间质血管充血或出血,轻度水肿及炎性细胞浸润,而双香豆素对家兔的特征性损害则为出血性素质变化。

Clinical Manifestation and Pathological Changes of Coumarin and Dicoumarin Toxicosis in Rabbit

4groups of 6 rabbits were used in this experiment, of which, 3 groups were taken as test animals and the remaining one as control, The results obtained were as fotlows: 1.Chronic couma:rin poisoning occurred in rabbits with daily intaking of 25rag of coumarin/kg, No death Was observed 60 days after the first appearance of illness, 2.Subacute or chronic dicoumarin poisoning occurred in rabbits with daily intaking of 1.385mg of dicoumarin/kg. Two rabbits died 8—13 days after feeding, and four rabbits died 27 days after feeding. 3.Acute eicoumarin.poisoning occurred in rabbits with daily intaking of 4.553mg of dicoumarin/kg,All of the six rabbits died 6—9 days after feeding. 4.Pathohistological examination showed that the coumarin and dicoumarin might cause degeneration of the liver cells,the epithelial cells of the convoluted tubulos of the kidneys and cardial muscles, Both acute and subacute syndromes occurred in rabbits were characterized by extensive oedematous and haemorrhagic infiltrations in subcutaneousissues and acompanicd by haemorrhages in the muscle and viscera.
