| 摘 要： | 研究不同时期欧榛、杂交榛插穗内"可溶性糖含量"、"总N含量"、"可溶性蛋白含量"及"C/N比",分析4种指标含量与插穗生根的关系。结果表明:无论是硬枝或嫩枝插穗,生根率都与"C/N比"正相关,嫩枝插穗体内"可溶性糖"、"总N"、"可溶性蛋白"也与生根率正相关;硬枝插穗内虽有高于嫩枝插穗的"可溶性糖"和"总N"含量,但"可溶性蛋白含量"及"C/N比"低于嫩枝插穗,因而不利于生根。 |

| Abstract: | study on the ＂soluble sugar content＂,＂total N content ＂,＂soluble protein content＂and ＂C/N ratio＂ of European hazel and Corylus hybrid cuttings in Different periods,analysis the relationship between the content of the four indicators and rooting.Draw conclusions about test： whether it is hardwood or softwood,the rooting rate and the ＂C/N ratio ＂ positive correlation,for softwood cuttings,＂soluble sugar ＂,＂total N ＂,＂soluble protein＂ is also rooted Rate of positive correlation;although the ＂soluble sugar＂and ＂total N ＂ of hardwood cuttings is more than Softwood cuttings,but ＂the content of soluble protein ＂and ＂C/N ratio ＂ is lower than softwood cuttings,and thus not conducive to the rooting. |
