广玉兰黄化叶片的叶绿素含量及生理特性研究

摘    要:测定了广玉兰黄化叶片叶绿素含量及POD、SOD、MDA等生理指标,结果表明:叶片黄化越严重,叶片中叶绿素含量就越少,叶绿素a、b的比值随着叶片的黄化加重而增大;POD、SOD酶活性随着叶片黄化程度降低,其抗氧化性降低;MDA的含量随黄化程度的加大而增高。

Abstract:Magnolia grandiflora yellow leaf chlorophyll content and POD, SOD, MDA, and other physiological indicators were determined,The results showed that., with the increase of the degree of yellowing, Chlorophyll content of leaves de- creased, chlorophyll a, b ratio increase with heavier yellow leaves; POD, SOD activity increased with lower degree of yellowing of leaves, the antioxidant activity decreased;MDA with the increase of the degree of yellowing increased.
