添加剂对水葫芦青贮品质的影响

为探明不同添加剂对水葫芦青贮品质的影响，本试验设对照、添加绿汁发酵液、添加蔗糖、添加甲酸、添加四蚁酸铵、添加绿汁发酵液+蔗糖共计6个处理，调制了水葫芦青贮。每个处理作2次重复，在30℃下发酵40d开封，测定青贮的发酵品质和化学成分。5种添加剂均降低了青贮的pH、氨态氮和中性洗涤纤维（P<0.01，P<0.05）；除四蚁酸铵外的添加剂均提高了青贮的干物质回收率、降低了青贮的水分和酸性洗涤纤维（P<0.01，P<0.05）；除蔗糖外的添加剂均降低了青贮的气体损失率（P<0.01）；除绿汁发酵液外的添加剂均提高了青贮的水溶性碳水化合物含量（P<0.01）。结果表明，各种添加剂均不同程度地改善了青贮的品质，其中以添加绿汁发酵液+蔗糖的效果最佳
