| 摘 要： | 农业植物品种权益保护作为保护农业植物育种者知识产权的一种方式，正日益受到人们的关注，而果树品种保护是农业植物品种权益保护的重要内容之一，也越来越为人们所重视。为促进果树果树品种保护工作更进一步地开展，本文从果树品种权益保护的必要性、我国果树品种权益保护工作的现状、存在的问题等方面进行简要介绍，并简要提出果树品种权益保护工作的建议。 |

| Abstract: | The cultivar-right-protection for agricultural plants, being one type of the knowledge-right-protection of the breeders, has been gaining more and more social emphasis, same did the fruit cultivar-right-protection as one of the categories of cultivar-right-protection for agricultural plants. For a better fruit cultivar-right-protection in the future, we briefly reviewed the necessity of carrying out this work, the on-going situation of it in China, and the problems existing in this paper. Some suggestions for fruit cultivar-right-protection in China were also presented. |
