摘    要:“以人为本”是科学发展观的本质和核心。如何在高校人力资源管理中贯彻科学发展观是高校必须重视的问题。本文以科学发展观理论为指导,阐述高校人力资源管理意义及人力资源管理的发展趋势,提出构建高校人力资源管理的新机制。

Abstract:"People - oriented" is the essence and core of scientilic development concept, How to carry out scientific development concept in college human resources management is one question that college must pay attention to. under the guidance of scientific development concep theory, expounds the significance and development trends of college human resources management and provides new mechanism of constructing college human resources management.
