| 摘 要： | “以人为本”是科学发展观的本质和核心。如何在高校人力资源管理中贯彻科学发展观是高校必须重视的问题。本文以科学发展观理论为指导，阐述高校人力资源管理意义及人力资源管理的发展趋势，提出构建高校人力资源管理的新机制。
