摘    要:以山地茄子为试材,研究了剪枝操作对茄子叶面积指数、净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间二氧化碳浓度、蒸腾速率、水分利用效率及同化物分配比例的影响。结果表明,剪枝后茄子功能叶面积及叶面积指数显著增加,中部叶片净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率和水分利用效率与上部叶片没有明显差异,显著高于未剪枝植株中部叶片,因而地上部生物量明显增加。剪枝操作后,同化产物向果实分配的比例显著提高,从61.9%增加到85.5%。因此,剪枝增加了茄子叶面积指数,提高了光合速率,改善了同化物库源关系,从而增加了产量。

Abstract:Shoot prunning is one of the most popular technologies in mountainous eggplant production;however,the physiology mechanism of shoot prunning is not well understood.Thus the effects of shoot prunning on leaf area index,net photosythesis rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate,water use efficiency and dry matter distribution in mountainous eggplant were investigated in the present study.Leaf area and leaf area index increased significantly in the shoot prunned plants compared with control plants.The net photosythesis rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and water use efficiency of middle leaves were similar to those of top functional leaves in shoot prunned plants,while are higher than those of control plants.And thus the shoot dry mass were increased in shoot prunned plants.The ratio of fruit to total dry mass increased from 61.9% to 85.5% in shoot prunned plants.In conclusion,shoot prunning enhanced leaf area index and net photosynthesis rate,improved the sink-source relation,and thus increased the yield.
