萝卜病毒病潜育期与抗病性的相关性研究

摘    要:48份萝卜品种(包括自交系和品系)在室内援种TuMV试验结果表明:萝卜对病毒病的抗性与潜育期呈显著正相关。抗病性不同的萝卜潜育期长短有明显差异,最长的达25天,最短的只有11天。室内鉴定与田间鉴定结果一致。因此,潜育期长短也许可作为萝卜抗病毒病的一个指标。此外,萝卜的苗期抗性与成株期一致,室内鉴定结果可用来估价萝卜对病毒病的田间抗性。

Abstract:Significant positive interrelation was found between resistance and incubation period with artificial inoculating TuMV on 48 radish varieties. Various tested radish varieties were different in incubation period which ranges from 11 to 25 days. These results lead the authors to conclude that the incubation period of radish virus may be considered as an index for radish resistance selection to TuMV. Meanwhile, the resistance of radish virus has a obvious positive interrelation between artificial inoculation in greenhouse and natural infection in fields.
