平贝母培养物次生代谢研究

摘    要:以平贝母(Fritillaria assuriensis Maxim)鳞茎为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,比较了不同水平外源激素对愈伤组织生长及生物碱含量的影响。结果表明:在MS 2,4-D 0.5mg/L BA0.2mg/L培养基上愈伤组织生长最好,生物碱含量最高;在MS NAA3.0mg/L BA 0.5mg/L培养基上生长的培养物干物质积累最高。生物碱含量也明显高于生药平贝和浙贝。

Abstract:Callus growth and alkaloid content at different levels of hormone were compared, with bulbs of Fritillaria assuriensis Maxim as expiants, and on MS basal medium. The results demonstrated that the callus grew best and the content of alkaloid was the highest on MS + 2,4-D 0.5 mg/L + BA 0.2 mg/L medium. On MS + NAA 3.0 mg/L + BA 0.5 mg/L medium, the dry weight was the highest and the content of alkaloid in callus was higher than that in dried medicinal herbs Fritillaria assuriensis Maxim and F. thunbergii Miq.
