潜土逆旋旋耕机刀片运动及功耗分析

摘    要:针对目前我国耕地普遍存在的犁底层问题,推荐应用潜土逆旋旋耕机,以打破犁底层、加深耕作层。借助建立数学模型分析逆旋刀的运动情况,阐述其优势;借助半经验公式分析潜土逆旋的功率消耗,并对影响旋耕机功耗的因素进行说明,以期为设计合理的潜土逆旋旋耕机提供理论支持。

Abstract:Reverse rotary cultivator is recommended in view of the prevalent plough pan problems in China to break plough pan and deepen the arable layer. A mathematical model is established to make analysis on the motion of reverse rotary blade and highlight its advantages. Semiempirical formula is adopted to make analysis on the power consumption of the reverse rotary under soil and the factors that will produce influence on the power consumption in a bid to provide theoretical support for the design of such machines.
