| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济的发展和人口的增长,水利事业在国民经济中的命脉和基础产业地位愈加突出,水利事业的地位决定了水利基础设施的重要性。针对我国水利工程管理现状及存在的问题,提出加强水利工程管理的方法及建议,以期为我国水利工程的发展提供参考。

| Abstract: | With the development in economy and increase in population in China,water conservation becomes increasingly important.This article examines the present state and existent problems in the management of irrigation works in China.Suggestions to enhance the work in this respect are offered so as to provide reference for the development of water conservation projects in China. |
