| Abstract: | Carrot is an ideal receptor plant for bioengineering. Its agrobacterium genetic transformation system has been established successively. This article examines the influencing factors in the establishment of the system on the basis of various experiments and studies in a bid to provide reference for the establishment and optimization of the genetic transformation system. |
