摘    要:为准确评估西葫芦中的农药残留定量限,采用气相色谱法对18种有机磷农药进行定量限检测。试验结果表明:绝大多数有机磷农药的回收率在70%~120%之间,定量限在0.01~0.02mg/kg之间。

Abstract:In order to accurately assess the limit of quantitation of pesticide residue in summer squash, gas chromatography was adopted to conduct quantitation limit detection of 18 organophosphorus pesticides. the results show that the recovery rate of most organophosphorus pesticide ranges from 70% to 120%, while the quantitation limit ranges from 0.01 to 0.02 mg/kg.
