微波消解—电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定酵母粉中的微量钼

摘    要:酵母中含有人体不可缺少的微量元素钼。采用微波消解—ICP-MS法对酵母粉中的微量钼进行分析测定,测得该方法检出限为0.010μg/g、加标回收率为94.2%~101.6%、变异系数(RSD,n=6)为2.21%,测定结果满足分析要求,为酵母粉中微量钼的分析检测提供了快速、准确的方法。

Abstract:Yeast powder contains trace molybdenum indispensible for human health.The method of microwave digestion and ICP-MS is adopted to determine the contents of trace molybdenum in yeast powder.The determined detection limit is 0.010 μg/g,the labeled recovery rate is 94.2%~101.6%,and the variation factor(RSD,n=6)is 2.21%.The determined results are likely to meet the analytical requirements which shows that this method is prompt and accurate.
