| 摘 要： | 为优化蛹虫草的液体发酵及胞内多糖提取工艺,采用单因素对比试验法,确定蛹虫草液体发酵的最佳碳源为3%的玉米粉、最佳氮源为2%的蛋白胨。分别采用常规热水浸提、微波辅助水浸提、超声波水提法对蛹虫草菌丝体胞内多糖提取工艺进行研究,确定超声波水提法的提取效果最好,多糖得率为4.03%。
