超声波法提取可溶性大豆多糖工艺研究

摘    要:研究超声波法提取大豆多糖的工艺,利用响应面试验对影响大豆多糖提取率的关键因素及其相互作用进行探讨,得到的优化工艺参数为:浸泡时间16h、料液比1︰24、超声波功率90W、提取时间60min、提取温度65℃,在此条件下大豆多糖的提取率为11.86%。

Abstract:Soybean is a kind of commonly consumed crop and it is nutritional. The Ultrasonic Extraction of Soluble Soybean Polysaccharides from soybean pulp was studied. Response surface method was used to optimize the parameters of the ultrasonic extraction. The result shows that optimal conditions of ultrasonic, soak time is 16 h, the ratio of powder to water is 1∶24, time of extraction is 60 min, power of extraction is 90 W, and the temperature of extraction is 65 ℃, and under these conditions, the yield of Soybean polysaccharides is 11.86%.
