喀斯特石漠化综合防治是一项长期、庞大的系统工程。根据毕节市石漠化的现状及危害,探讨了其防治措施,提出了实施石漠化防治工程应因地制宜、科学规划、分期防治,并将生态重建工程、农田基本建设工程、水利水保工程、农村能源开发工程、生态移民和农民实用技术培训相结合,采取山、水、林、田、路综合治理的措施,以推进石漠化防治工程的顺利实施。

The karst rocky desertification comprehensive prevention and cure is a long-term and massive system project.In this paper the author probed into the prevention and control measure of the rocky desertification according to its existing state and harm in Bijie City.The implementation of rocky desertification prevention project should act as circumstances permit,scientific plan,prevention and control step by step.At the same time,the ecology reconstruction project,the farmland capital construction project,the water conservation project,the countryside energy development engineering,the ecology immigration and farmer practical technology training were unified.In addition,the comprehensive prevention measures of mountain,water,forest,farm and road should be adopted in order to advance the prevention project of rocky desertification and smoothly implement it.
