Present Situation and Control of Potato Late Blight in Heilongjiang

Late blight is one of the important diseases in Heilongjiang province.Its epidemic varies with years,yield loss averaging about 20%.So late blight control is being paid more and more attention.In this paper,the symptoms and epidemiology of late blight are briefly described,and present situations of late blight are discussed.Integrated control strategy is put forward in terms of variety selection,proper rotation,field management,and chemical control in order for providing reference for potato growers.
