| 摘 要： | 动物机体内存在着强大的黏膜免疫系统,约占机体淋巴组织的50%以上。黏膜免疫系统具有大量的免疫细胞,它们弥散分布在黏膜上皮内及黏膜下,或由单个或多个淋巴滤泡聚集成淋巴小结,大量的黏膜免疫细胞摄取、呈递抗原,诱导发生免疫反应,产生免疫效应因子(主要为SIgA),发挥免疫作用,抵抗病原菌对机体的侵袭。

| Abstract: | The organism of animal has great mucosal immune system(MIS),that is about 50 percent of the total lymphatic tissue.MIS includes a lot of immunological cells and some locate diffusely in mucosal epithelium or under the mucosa,some format clusteredly lymph nodule with single or many lymph follicles.The immunological cells uptake and present antigen which can induce immune response,then it has an effect on resisting infection of the organism. |
