摘    要:用 5孔探针测定大型水泵流量 ,确定了测量断面和测点布置 ,根据断面轴向流速分布积分求得流量。着重研究了测量方法、影响测流精度的因素和提高精度的措施。本方法已在江苏省 5座大型泵站的 8台机组现场实测中成功应用 ,结果表明该方法设备简单、施测方便、工作量小、易于实现 ,测量精度小于 2 % ,可以推广应用。

Abstract:Flowrate measurement is a crucial operation in large pump unit testing and operation optimizing and usually it is time-consuming, costly and less precise. In this paper, the flowrate was determined by a 5-hole globe probe system. Measuring section and points were analyzed and fixed and the flowrate was computed by integrating according to the axial flow velocity distribution of the section. The factors influencing measuring precision and the methods improving the precision were researched respectively. The measuring method has been successful applied to 8 large pump units in 5 pumping stations of Jiangsu Province. The results indicate that the method is simple, convenience, ease and non-time-consuming and its precision is superior to 2%.
