中国水仙花芽分化期POD活性的变化

摘    要:以中国水仙中的漳州产水仙和平潭产水仙为试材,研究了两产地水仙主、侧芽在形态分化期过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化情况.结果表明:中国水仙从7月份开始POD活性逐渐上升,8月上旬后POD活性维持在较高水平之上,910月份POD活性开始急剧下降,至10月中、下旬降至低谷.这种变化过程与花芽形态分化的进程基本一致.同时,平潭水仙主、侧芽的POD活性水平均高于漳州水仙,反映了平潭水仙多花枝的生理特点

Abstract:The changes of peroxidase (POD) activity at the morphological differentiation stage in main and mixed buds of Chinese narcissuses from Pingtan County and Zhangzhou City were tested. The obtained results indicated that the POD activity began to increase gradually in July, and maintained at the high level after the first ten days of August and dropped down sharply in September and October, to the lowest level by the end of October, which was approximately identical to the course of flower bud differenfiation. The levels of POD activity in main and mixed buds of Chinese narcissus from Pingtan County were higher than those from Zhangzhou City, which might be the physiological characteristics in Chinese narcissus from Pingtan County with more flowering branches.
