摘    要:分别对两种衰落的桂花用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发性物质,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对桂花挥发性物质的化学组分进行分离和结构鉴定,运用气相色谱面积归一化法确定各个组分的相对百分含量。从金桂挥发性物质中分离出了56个组分,鉴定出了53个组分,从银桂挥发性物质中分离出了58个组分,鉴定出来了55个组分,金桂和银桂挥发性物质的组分存在着一定的差异。对金桂和银桂挥发性物质进行了抗氧化活性试验,结果表明金桂和银桂的挥发性物质对·OH均有明显地清除作用。

Abstract:The volatile components from the senescence flower of two species of Osmanthus fragrans were extracted by steam distillation,respectively.The components of their volatile components were separated and structurally identified by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry,and the relative contents of the components were confirmed by the peak-area normalization method of gas chromatography.56 components were separated from the volatile components of Jingui,and 53 components were identified.58 components were separated from the volatile components of Yingui,and 55 components were identified.Compositions of those volatile components differed.Those volatile components were investigated by anti-oxidation activity test.The result showed that volatile components of Jingui and Yingui had obvious scavenging effect on ·OH.
