新疆区域发展的空间模式研究

空间结构研究是当今国内外区域发展研究的主要方面。在对新疆区域发展条件和现状差异从点轴面三个层次分析的基础上,运用区域发展理论,确立了未来区域发展的点轴系统,提出了中长期区域发展的空间模式,进而预测未来区域发展的空间格局将沿"单轴-双轴-双环"方向演变。

Study on Spacial Model of Regional Development of Xinjiang Province

It is important to study on spacial model of regional development.Based on the analysis of regional condition and current developing level of Xinjiang,combining the theories of regional development,the approaching point-axis system of spatial development in Xinjiang was made.Elementary net combined pole-axis mode was adopted in Tianshan Northslope and the north of Xinjiang,pole-axis combined pole mode in the south Xinjiang and pole-axis in the east of Xinjiang.Sequentially the future evolvement was pre-estimated.The pattern would evolve from monaxial to diaxial to diloop.Economic belt of Tianshan Northslope would rank as the most dynamic region among the economic development zones of Xinjiang,and with the development of railway in south of Xinjiang,the rich recource of the north of Tarim Basin would farther empoldered,such as petroleum and natural gas.Then the axis of Korla-Aksu-Kash was made.In the short run,the regional development strategies are "double-axle development,south-north coordinate,regiment-locality amalgamation,joint promotion".In the long run,it would be advisable to implement "double-circle development"of Zungar Basin circle and Tarim circle.
