| 摘 要： | 目的]对山东莱州居群的薤白进行染色体核型分析。方法]取薤白根尖,用8-羟基喹啉溶液预处理后,固定、解离、染色后制片,镜检并统计染色体数目,然后选用染色体形态好且分散的细胞,在显微镜下拍照分析。结果]莱州居群薤白为三倍体,体细胞染色体数目为24,核型公式为K（2n）=3x=24 m（1SAT）＋1Bs,属于1A型。3号染色体中的1条具有随体,5号染色体中的1条可能出现缺失现象。另外,部分细胞内还发现B染色体的存在。结论]三倍体薤白的存在国内尚属首次发现。

| Abstract: | Objective] The aim was to make the karyotype analysis on Allium macrostemon of population in Laizhou City in Shandong Province.
