弓形阻尼间隙流动分析与实验研究

摘    要:在林业机械与设备的液压机构与系统中,常常要采用一些阻尼结构来改善系统的性能。以前多是采用钻孔法或埋针法来加工阻尼小孔。近几年美国威克斯公司采用了弓形阻尼间隙的方法,取得了良好的效果。在我国已开始引入该方法,但目前还没有对弓形阻尼的原理与计算进行分析。本文用理论分析和实验的方法确定了弓形阻尼间隙的流量与压差,流量与弓高的关系方程。本文的结果可以直接应用在工程设计中。

Abstract:Arched damping clearances are more used in the hydraulic system of forestry machinery or implements to improve the performance of the system at present. In general, we often made a damping hole by boring a hole or burying a injection needle in the piston. In present years, some hydraulic factories in the world begin to use the arched damping clearance,and have achieved good reults, this method have been used in China for several years, but its principle and methematical model have noe been developed. In this paper, we provide a theoretical analysis to define the relation between the flow in the arched damping clearance and the pressure drop as well as the height of the arch. The results of this paper can be used directly to engineering design.
