摘    要:通过对低糖、中糖地块土壤的营养诊断和甜菜糖氮代谢对比研究,查明了甜菜低糖原因为:前茬0—2m土层残留大量氮素和K_2O/N比例失调,导致甜菜氮素代谢旺盛,块根游离氨基酸和色氨酸含量增加,糖代谢减弱,降低了块根于物质蔗糖含量。甜菜土壤营养诊断取样适宜深度为2m.

Abstract:This investigation was carried out wih soil nutrient diagnosing on the soil of low and mid-sugar fields and the sugar and nitrogen metabolism were compared. The reasons of low sugar were found out that the proportion disturbance of K2O: N and a large amount of nitrogen were residual in the 0-2m horizon of preceding crops, and it led to nitrogen metabolism luxuriance, and the content of free amino acid and tryptophane in root were increased, sugar metabolism decreased, the dry matter content of sucrose reduced, and it pointed out the optimum depth was 2m for soil sampling.
