| Abstract: | The value outlook in social work whose character is institutional altruism has a core of humanism. Confucianism which represents Chinese traditional culture is a kind of humanism substantially. The relation between human beings is the thought of object and starting point in Chinese culture. Social work is the activity in which the individual and society can adapt each other. Social work should pay close attention to the individual valuation, at the same time, should concern about the individual contribution to the society. |
