羟丙基纤维素乙酰乙酰化改性材料的制备及表征

摘    要:采用羟丙基纤维素(HPC)作为原料,通过接枝乙酰乙酰基团(AG)改性合成,成功制备了羟丙基纤维素乙酰乙酰化接枝聚合物(HPCAG)。利用红外光谱(IR)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)表征了产物结构,确认了合成得到的预期产物。利用热重(TG)和示差扫描量热(DSC)法对新合成接枝聚合物的热性能进行了测试分析,确定了羟丙基纤维素乙酰乙酰化反应后,产物的热塑性能得到增强。图8表3参14

Abstract:Hydroxypropyl cellulose grafting acetoacetyl group (AG) was successfully synthesized. The structure of the product was characterized with FT-infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis and scanning electronic microscope. The thermal properties of the product were tested with thermogravimetry analysis (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The result shows that the thermal properities of HPC have been reinforced after the hydroxypropyl cellulose acetyl acetoacetylation reaction.
