摘 要: | 目的:观察凹凸棒复合氯消毒剂的消毒效果和安全性。方法:将凹凸棒复合氯消毒剂和强力消毒灵按照不同的稀释度稀释后,与金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、禽巴氏杆菌、丝状霉形体山羊亚种、鸡新城疫病毒、猪瘟病毒兔化弱毒分别作用不同时间,检测其抑菌、杀毒效果。通过急性毒性试验、皮肤刺激性试验和急性眼刺激试验评价该消毒剂的安全性。结果:凹凸棒复合氯消毒剂在不同稀释倍数下对细菌和病毒有一定的抑制和杀灭作用,且无明显毒性。结论:凹凸棒复合氯消毒剂对细菌和病毒有抑制和杀灭作用,且安全、有效。

Abstract: | Objective: To observe the disinfection effect and safety of chloric disinfectant incorporated with attapulgite. Methods: The minimum inhibitory concentration and destroying effect of compound disinfectant and Qiangli disinfectant were determined with different pathogens including Strphylocoocu.s aureus, Esherichia coli, Salmonella lypimorium, Bacillus cereus, Pasteurella auicida, Mycoplasma caprl, Newcastle disease virus (NDV) and Hog cholera lapinized vires (HCV). Its safety was analyzed by acute oral toxicity test, skin hypersensitive test and irritant effect on eye. Results: Chloric disinfectant incorporated with attapulgite showed significantly bacteriostatic effect and disinfect eftkect on bacteria and virus strains in gradient dilute concentrations. Meanwhile, it displayed little toxicity in all animal experiments. Conclusion: Chloric disinfectant incorporated with attapulgite was safe and efficacious. |
