苦瓜提取物对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬活性及NO、H2O2分泌的影响

摘    要:探讨苦瓜提取物对小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬中性红以及对在脂多糖(LPS)刺激下巨噬细胞分泌产生一氧化氮(NO)和过氧化氢(H2O2)的影响。将分离提取得到的苦瓜总提取物作用于小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞,检测结果表明其能够显著增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬中性红的功能,并显著抑制LPS刺激的巨噬细胞分泌H2O2,而抑制巨噬细胞分泌NO的作用不明显。苦瓜提取物发挥药理作用的有效成分主要分布在水层。结果提示,苦瓜提取物能够增强小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞的吞噬功能,抑制LPS刺激下巨噬细胞过量分泌H2O2。

Abstract:To study the effects of Monwrdica chorantia extract on mouse peritoneal macrophage in vivo, we detected the phagocytosis of neutral red and NO and H202 production of mouse peritoneal macrophage induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS). The results showed that M01Tlordica charaniia total extract could significantly enhance the mouse peritoneal macrophage phagocytic function, and significantly inhibit. the H2O2 producticn of LPS-stimulated fllacropha,ges, but the inhibition of NO secretion was not obvious. Further results showed that the active ingredients of Momordica charoruia extract exerting above pharmacological effects were concentrated in the aqueous layer. These results indicated that Momordica charantia can enhance the phagocytosis of mouse peritoneal macrophages, and inhibit excessive secretion of H2O2 in macrophages under LPS-stimulation.
