| 摘 要： | 动物疫病防控绩效考核是县级畜牧部门考核基层动物防疫效果和防疫人员工作实绩的重要手段、本文回顾了甘肃临夏县动物疫病防控绩效考核的历史沿革，详细介绍了临夏县2013年创新的“五查”新模式，总结了基层动物疫病防控绩效考核模式的成功经验，并提出了相应的建议。该模式是新形势下我国乡镇基层动物疫病防控绩效考核评价体系的创新和尝试。

| Abstract: | Performance assessment on animal disease prevention and control is an important means for livestock sector to assess the job performance of anti-epidemic personnel. In this paper, the author reviewed the history of performance assessment on animal disease prevention and control in Linxia County of Gansu Province, introduced the new assessment model of ＂Wucha＂ in 2013 in detail, summarized the successful experiences in performance assessment and put forward some suggestion for future work. The new assessment model of ＂Wucha＂ is an innovation for performance assessment on animal disease prevention and control in country level. |
