马蹄草提取液对标准菌株抑菌效果初探

摘    要:用常规水煎剂、微波辅助提取、超声辅助提取3种方法对马蹄草进行单因素提取,比较不同提取方法所得提取液对大肠杆菌、沙门氏菌的抑菌效果。结果表明,超声波辅助提取法所得马蹄草提取液具有较好的抑菌效果,通过二倍稀释法测得马蹄草提取液对大肠杆菌的最小抑菌浓度为1:8,最小杀菌浓度为1:4。

Abstract:Water decocting method, microwave-assisted extraction and ultrasonic extraction were used to obtained extracts from Herba CenteUae. Then antibacterial effects of different extracts were evaluated. The results showed that uhrasonic extracts present good antibacterial effect with MIC of 1:8 and MBC of 1:4 against E.coli measured by double dilution method.
