摘    要:研究基于漆酶介体体系活化天然木质素制备中密度纤维板,由响应面法分析得到漆酶介体体系活化木纤维的优化工艺为,pH 5.0,反应温度50℃,反应时间为55.00 min,木纤维体积分数4.0%,ABTS摩尔浓度0.28 mmol/L,香草醛摩尔浓度1.66 mmol/L和漆酶活性60.00 U/mL。

Study on the Process Optimization of Medium Density Fiberboard Made by Laccase Mediator System

Abstract:A new method to manufacture wood-based panel was come up with laccase as a kind of eco-friendly enzymes.In this study,according to the laccase mediator system,wood fibers were modified to manufacture medi-um density fiberboard.Based on the response surface methods,the best technological parameters were confirmed that was pH 5.0,50℃ of treatment temperature,55 min of treatment time,4.0% volume fraction of wood fiber, 0.28 mmol/L of ABTS concentration,1.66 mmol/L of vanillin concentration and 60 U/mL of laccase activity.
