摘    要:采用文献计量学方法对中国知网(CNKI)数据库核心期刊收录的无乳链球菌专题的科学文献进行统计,分析其研究进展并探讨研究趋势。结果显示,无乳链球菌可感染人和多种脊椎动物;对无乳链球菌专题研究的机构主要有西北农林科技大学、中国农业科学院兰州畜牧与兽药研究所、四川农业大学鱼病研究中心、中国水产科学研究院珠江水产研究所4个机构;国内关于该病原的研究主要集中在临床报道、病原分离、耐药性检测等方面,关于该菌对宿主的致病机制、细菌基因组、细菌蛋白组等方面的研究尚不深入,甚至缺乏。

Research trends and bibliometric analysis of Streptococcus agalactiae based on CNKI database

Abstract:In this paper, scientific literatures on Streptococcls agaltiae from CNKI database were analyzed by bibliometric methods, and researc|, progress and trends were also discussed. The results showed that Streptococcus agalactiae can infect humans and several vertebrates. The main institutions of the bacterial research were Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, Lanzhou Institute of Husbandry and Pharmaceutical Sciences of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Fisheries Department of Sichuan Agricuhural University, and Pearl River Fishery Research Institute of CAFS. The domestic: research focused on the clinical report of pathogens, isolation of pathogens, antimicrobial resistant testing, etc.. However, it was peripheral, even lacking, for further study on its pathogenic mechanisms, bacterial genomics research and bacterial proteomics.
