| 摘 要： | 通过分析我国干旱、洪涝和台风等主要的气象灾害在时间、空间和发生频率等方面的特点，同时就气象灾害对农业种植所产生的不利影响进行了简要的论述，并结合国外发达国家在抵御干旱与洪涝灾害时所采取的应对方法，进而提出了部分有针对性的气象灾害应对策略。

| Abstract: | By analyzing some characteristics of time，space and frequency of major meteorological disasters such as drought，flood and typhoon in our country，adverse effects of agricultural cultivation were discussed，and combining with the coping methods adopted by foreign developed countries in resisting drought and flood disasters，some targeted coping strategies for meteorological disasters were put forward. |
