生物质颗粒燃料火焰消毒旋耕机设计

摘    要:随着环保形势的日益严峻,生物质颗粒燃料应用及设备的研究成为解决环境污染和能源问题的重要途径。目前病虫与杂草等影响农业生产力,导致作物产量减少和质量下降,而农药的长期使用以及人工不均匀施撒,给土壤和地下水资源带来了巨大污染。该文以火焰杀虫旋耕机和生物质颗粒燃烧为研究对象,通过对火焰消毒旋耕机进行创新理论设计,为生物质颗粒燃料的应用提供了新的研究思路。

Abstract:With increasingly severe stress in environmental situation,application research of biomass pellet fuel and equipment has become important in solving environmental pollution and energy problems.At present,diseases,insects,and weeds affect agricultural productivity,resulting in a reduced crop yield and quality.However,long-term use of pesticides and uneven artificial applications of pesticides has brought a huge pollution to soil and groundwater resources.Flame insecticide rotary tiller and biomass particle combustion were studied through an innovative theoretical design of flame disinfection rotary cultivator.This design provided a new research idea for application of biomass pellet fuel.
