| 摘 要： | 精准脱贫是“十三五”期间的重大国家战略，目标是确保2020年全国实现全面脱贫和同步小康。在当前经济背景下，供需关系存在着结构性失衡，农业供给侧改革成为推动经济发展实现精准脱贫的新思路和着力点。乐山市悦来乡在特色产业和乡村旅游融合发展上具有良好的基础和资源，当前的精准扶贫工作虽有成效但要实现脱贫尚有困难。因此，立足自身，以农业供给侧改革为契机，优化农业产业结构，打造“荔枝小镇”，成为悦来乡实现精准脱贫和乡村振兴的新引擎。

| Abstract: | It is necessary to develop socialized agricultural production service to improve quality and efficiency of agriculture and accelerate development of modern agriculture.Current situation of agricultural production service model in Canada was investigated and agricultural service mode of representative enterprises were summarized，aiming to provide enlightenment for China to innovate agricultural production social service mode and accelerate development of modern agriculture. |
