| 摘 要： | 为探讨易地扶贫搬迁对农户生计能力的影响,采用陕南安康项目区657户农户的实地调研数据,通过选择基于生计资本测量农户生计能力的方法,考虑易地扶贫搬迁的内生性和选择偏差问题,运用倾向得分匹配法(PSM)实证检验易地扶贫搬迁对农户生计资本的影响作用,以考察和理解农户生计能力的变化。结果表明:易地扶贫搬迁对农户物质资本和生计资本总值产生显著的正向影响,而不同搬迁类型对农户五大资本的影响表现各异。结合计量估计结果,提出相关政策启示。

| Abstract: | In order to discuss the influence of relocation and settlement project on farmers'' livelihood capability,employing the survey data of 657 households from Ankang City,South Shaanxi,and selecting methods based on livelihood capital to measure livelihood capability of rural households,considering the endogenous and selection biases of the relocation and settlement project(RSP),Propensity Score Matching (PSM) is used to empirically test the impact of relocation and settlement project on livelihood capital of rural households to examine and understand the changes in farmer''s livelihood capability.The results show that relocation and settlement project has a significant positive impact on the livelihood capital and physical capital,and the impact of different relocation types on the five capitals of rural households varies.Combining the results of measurement estimation,relevant policy suggestions are proposed. |
