种蛋孵化性能的光学检测方法研究

摘    要:根据孵化时种蛋的透光情况,采用LED光源和光敏器件等自制照蛋实验装置对100枚“梅岭”商品肉鸡粉壳种蛋和200枚绿壳种蛋进行检测分析,实验表明:该实验装置和检测方法能有效地将入孵后第5-7天的种蛋是否能孵化进行判断,判断方法的有效性为93.3-94.2%。另外,该实验装置和检测方法简单、经济、实用,十分符合农业生产的实际需要。

Abstract:During the 14d of incubation, 100Meiling®commercial broiler eggs with powder shell and 200 green shell were measured daily in use of self-made egg experiment device. The experimental results show that the experimental device and detection method can effectively estimate to hatching for 5-7 days after the eggs can hatch, the accuracy rate was 93.3-94.2%. In addition, the experimental apparatus and test method is simple, economical and practical, which is in line with the actual needs of agricultural production.
