| 摘 要： | 粪污垫料翻抛是利用家禽粪便粪污液及其植物秸秆、锯末、稻壳等农业废弃物辅料在好氧微生物有氧发酵的作用下生产有机肥的一个关键环节,而翻抛设备的作用在于加快发酵进程提高发酵效率进而提高生产效率。本文对畜禽粪污发酵工艺流程和目前国内外翻抛设备的发展概况及常用翻抛机的优缺点做了简单分析介绍并设计提出了新型的粪污发酵翻抛系统,将对在猪舍粪便等废弃物转变为有机肥的方式上提供了重要支撑。

| Abstract: | Pig house dung mat material turning is a key link in the production of organic fertilize-r by the aerobic fermentation of aerobic microorganisms using agricultural waste manure and its plan-t straw, saw-dust, rice husk and other agricultural waste accessories. The role of the equipment is to spe-ed up the fermentation process, improve fermentation efficiency and increase production efficiency. I-n this paper, presenting the process of fermentation of livestock and poultry manure, and analysing th-e development of domestic and international turning equipment ,so,a new type of manure fermentatio-n and turning system are proposed, which will be a important way to transform the material into orga-nic fertilizer. |
