摘    要:为分析技术采用对畜牧业生产技术效率的影响效应,采用分位数回归及分解方法,基于新疆、内蒙古、青海和甘肃省(自治区)247户细毛羊养殖户的调查数据,实证研究技术采用对畜牧业生产技术效率的影响。结果表明:中国细毛羊生产呈现规模报酬递增的状态,但粗饲料利用效率仍具有提升空间;技术采用对细毛羊生产技术效率具有一定的改善,但改善空间却局限于养殖的规模;技术采用所带来的畜牧业生产技术效率提升作用会随着技术效率的增加而逐渐被消耗,畜牧业产出与技术采用之间具有"边际递减"效应。

Abstract:In order to analyze the effect of technology adoption on the technical efficiency of livestock husbandry production,this study used quantile regression and decomposition method and based on the survey data of 247 fine-wool sheep farmers in Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai and Gansu provinces.The results showed that the Chinese''s fine-wool sheep production had an increase in the scale of returns,but the efficiency of roughage utilization still had room for improvement.The technology adoption had a certain improvement on the production efficiency of fine-wool sheep,but the improvement space was limited to the scale of farming.The efficiency improvement of animal husbandry production technology brought about by technology adoption would gradually be consumed as the technical efficiency increases,and there was a "Marginal diminishing" effect between agricultural output and technology adoption.
