摘    要:针对青贮饲料收获机作业过程中割台高度调节主要依靠驾驶员手动控制液压油路和视觉经验的现状,设计了一种割台高度固定控制装置。通过角度传感器来获取割台高度信息。根据田间作业需求,实现一键智能调节割台高度。通过田间试验和结合用户实际需求,制定了可靠详尽的控制流程。该装置结构简单,控制流程安全可靠,能有效减少驾驶员的工作量,降低劳动强度,提高青贮饲料收获机的作业效率。

Abstract:Aiming at present situation that height adjustment of cutting platform in silage harvester mainly depended on driver′s manual control of hydraulic oil circuit and visual experience,a control device with fixed height for header was designed. Angle sensor was used to obtain height information of cutter.According to requirements of operation,height of cutter can be adjusted intelligently with one key.A reliable and detailed control process was developed through field test and combining with actual requirements of users.The device had simple structure and safe control process.And it can effectively reduce workload of operator,reduce labor intensity and improve operation efficiency of silage harvester.
