农学专业拔尖创新型人才培养模式改革与实践——以湖南农业大学为例

摘    要:以培养拔尖创新型人才为目标,在人才培养体系构建、人才培养制度建设以及人才培养工作制度等方面进行了一系列改革,通过遴选组建农学隆平创新实验班进行实践探索,结果表明,模式改革在学生科研素养、创新意识和德智体美劳等方面成效显著,特别是协同培养和连续培养在拔尖创新型人才培养过程中作用尤其突出,可资借鉴。

Abstract:With goal of cultivating the top innovative talents,a series of reforms have been carried out in the areas of talent training system construction,talent training system construction,and talent training work system,and practical exploration have been carried out through selection and establishment of Longping Innovation Experimental Class in agronomy major.Results showed that model reform has achieved remarkable results in students′ scientific research literacy,innovation consciousness,morality,intelligence,physical beauty,labor,etc.In particular,collaborative cultivation and continuous cultivation modes have been played a particularly prominent role in the cultivation of top innovative talents and could be used for reference.
