农户对马铃薯保险服务满意度的影响因素:基于生产规模视角

为了解甘肃省定西市马铃薯种植户对农业保险服务的满意度及其影响因素,采用多元有序Probit模型,从生产规模视角对362个商品马铃薯种植户参加农业保险服务的满意度进行研究。结果表明:加入种植合作社、对保险公司信任的规模种植户与对保险公司信任、当地政府开展潜藏灾害预防工作的非规模种植户对马铃薯保险服务的满意程度大。提高保险公司服务质量、引导规模户加入合作社、促进地方政府开展防灾工作可能是提高农户满意度的有效途径。

Influence factors of farmers' satisfaction with potato insurance service: Based on the perspective of farm size

In order to analyze the influence factors of potato farmers'' satisfaction with insurance service in Dingxi Gansu Province,362 commercial potato farmers'' satisfaction with insurance service were studied by adopting multiple order Probit model from the perspective of farm size.It was found that large farm households who joined farm cooperatives and trusted the insurance company and small farm households who trusted the insurance company and whose local government implemented prevention measures against potential disasters intended to satisfy with potato insurance service.Therefore,it might be effective to improve farmers'' satisfaction with potato insurance by improving the service quality of insurance companies,guiding large farm households to join cooperatives and encouraging local governments to carry out disaster prevention measures.
